These terms govern the use of PTID Systems for pet profile management, QR tag access, recovery event coordination, and related communications.
You agree to use PTID Systems only for lawful pet identification, owner notification, and recovery-related coordination. You are responsible for keeping your account information and pet records accurate.
SMS/text messaging is optional and requires a separate unchecked consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase, account creation, tag registration, reporting a found pet, sharing a find location, or using PTID Systems. If you opt in, PTID Systems may send transactional SMS/text messages about pet tag scans, recovery coordination, status updates, found notifications, and other service-related pet recovery events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you report a found pet as a finder, you can continue without SMS/text messaging. If you voluntarily enter your phone number and check the optional SMS consent box, PTID Systems may send messages associated with the specific recovery event you are participating in. PTID Systems may use masked communication tools to help protect personal contact details during that process.
PTID Systems may update, suspend, or change parts of the service as the platform evolves. We may also revise these terms from time to time by updating the published version on this page.
PTID Systems is a coordination and notification tool. We do not guarantee recovery outcomes, continuous availability, or delivery timing for third-party messaging networks.
