You agree to use PTID Systems only for lawful pet identification, owner notification, and recovery-related coordination. You are responsible for keeping your account information and pet records accurate.
By providing a phone number through PTID Systems, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to pet tag scans, recovery coordination, status updates, found notifications, and other service-related events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where supported.
If you provide your phone number as a finder, you consent to receive messages associated with the specific recovery event you are participating in. PTID Systems may use masked communication tools to help protect personal contact details during that process.
PTID Systems may update, suspend, or change parts of the service as the platform evolves. We may also revise these terms from time to time by updating the published version on this page.
PTID Systems is a coordination and notification tool. We do not guarantee recovery outcomes, continuous availability, or delivery timing for third-party messaging networks.
