PTID Systems uses this service to help reunite pets with their owners. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and how SMS-related data is handled for pet safety and recovery workflows.
We may collect account details, pet profile information, phone numbers, incident details, QR tag scans, finder-submitted information, and location-sharing data associated with an active pet recovery event.
We use this information to operate pet profiles, generate QR tag links, notify owners when a tag is scanned, coordinate communication between owners and finders, provide recovery updates, and maintain service security.
PTID Systems uses phone numbers only for transactional communications related to pet safety, recovery, incident coordination, and service notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help when supported by the messaging workflow.
We may share data with service providers necessary to operate the platform, such as hosting, database, authentication, and messaging vendors including Twilio. We do not sell personal information collected through the pet recovery workflow.
We retain account and pet profile information as needed to operate the service. Recovery-event and location-sharing records may be deleted or minimized after the incident is resolved according to our privacy and operational policies.
