PTID Systems sends transactional text messages related to pet safety, tag scans, recovery coordination, and found or resolved status updates.
Messages are sent only to pet owners who provide their phone number during setup and to finders who voluntarily provide a phone number during a recovery event.
Owners provide consent when adding or maintaining a pet profile with a contact number and agreeing to receive transactional pet recovery messages. Finders provide consent when they submit their phone number in connection with a specific pet recovery case.
Example messages include tag scan alerts, owner notifications, coordination requests, live recovery status updates, and found or resolved notifications. PTID Systems does not use this workflow for promotional or marketing campaigns.
