Owner Access
Use email and password to manage pet tags, view active scan events, and update pet details from the dashboard.
If you already created this owner account before, use Sign In. Use Create Account only for the first setup.
If PTID tells you to check your email and nothing arrives, the address may already be registered in the system. Try signing in with the same email and password instead of creating it again.
Creating an account does not opt you in to SMS/text messaging. SMS recovery alerts use a separate optional checkbox during pet registration or finder reporting. See the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and SMS Consent page.
After sign-in, PTID sends you straight to the owner dashboard.
